If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving unworn, full-priced items. All sale items are final sale.
RETURNS
All items you wish to return must be unworn and unused. Our jewelry is made of natural materials that are inherently fragile—to receive a refund, your item must be sent back to us in the original packaging. Shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Damaged goods due to buyer negligence will not be refunded. To start the return process, please contact lorraine@mybluemonk.com.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to return an item for store credit, please return the items in the original packaging. Once we receive them, we will email you a store credit code for the full amount of the original items which can be used by you in future purchases. Shipping costs will not be included in store credit. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Damaged goods due to buyer negligence will be sent back to the customer.
